  • My vet is listed as non-participating. How can I invite them to join?
    Simply click the red "Invite this vet to join Pet Assure" button on your veterinarian's web listing. Click here to search for the veterinarian you want to invite.
  • I do not see my vet on your website at all. How can I add them?
    If you searched for a practice by zip code and cannot find their record, there is a “Don't see your practice?” button on the bottom of the page. Please provide complete information about the practice. We will review and add them.
  • The "Invite this vet to join Pet Assure" button is not working for me.
    If you're having trouble inviting your vet from our provider listings, or would like Pet Assure to invite your vet to the network on your behalf, click here.
  • I need to visit my vet and I don’t have a card.
    Login to your account (or create an account using your membership ID) and under 'Membership Information' tab select "Print Card."
  • I didn't get my card in the mail.

    If you provided your address during registration, your card will be mailed via USPS and should arrive within 3-10 business days. If you still haven't received your card after 15 business days, please call us at (888) 789-7387 and we will send another one immediately. Remember, you can always login to your account to print an ID card to use at your vet.

  • Is my membership active?
    Click here to lookup your membership status.
  • Where are the claim forms?
    There are none! Pet Assure is a discount plan and not insurance. Your discount is applied to your bill at time of your visit.
  • What pets can I include on my plan?
    Any pet can be enrolled in Pet Assure, regardless of type or breed. A small animal/cat plan can be used for a cat, ferret, chicken, rabbit, or even snake. A large animal/dog plan plan can be used for a dog, horse, or farm animal kept as a pet. A family plan can include a mix of large and small animals.
  • How do I get the free pet tags?
    Login to your account (or create an account using your membership ID) and add your pets' information to your record. We will automatically send your pet tags by mail.
  • I had trouble using my card at a veterinary office.
    Please call us at (888) 789-7387. It’s helpful if you have a copy of your bill ready when you call. If needed, we will contact the veterinary practice to resolve any issues.

Use of Information

Pet Assure will never sell or share your e-mail address without your permission. When you purchase Pet Assure, we will ask for information such as name, address and credit card information. This information is stored in a secured database, only accessible to employees with access rights to this information. User's credit information is transferred over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line. This ensures your information is encrypted and cannot be read by any other Internet users. The secure mode begins upon ordering. To check to make sure that information is encrypted, a tiny padlock icon will appear at the bottom of your browser, letting you know information is being sent over a secured connection.

Pet Assure gathers customer information to improve the content on our website, to enhance your online shopping experience, and for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include customer information specifically and knowingly provided by customers in the course of sales transactions on our site and provided by customers in response to surveys or other requests for information. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, email address, phone number and product commentary.


A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in with a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site.
