treatment for any of these conditions – with absolutely no limitations.
Claim Forms:
- Simply present your Pet Assure card at the front desk of the veterinary
practice. They will deduct 25% right there. You will never need to file
a claim form – the savings are instant. With pet insurance, you need to pay in
full at the time of service. Then, you must file a claim and wait to see if
the insurer will approve the claim and send payment.
Deductibles/Maximums:
- Pet Assure has no deductibles, and you can use the discount every time you
visit a participating veterinarian. Almost all pet insurance policies have
deductibles and limit the number of claims you can make in a year.
How It Works
Show your card at participating veterinary clinics and they will discount 25%
all regularly priced, in-house medical services. You will even get your discount
