Pet Politics: President Pets

While a pet has yet to ascend to the White House as President of the United States, many have wandered its halls, napped on its windowsills, and frolicked across its lawns as cherished members of our nation’s leaders’ families. From dogs and cats to alligators and wallabies, here is a list of a few of our past presidents and their pets.
